How the Bridal Suite Supports Wedding Mornings at Old Bethany Venue

Your wedding morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. Our Bridal Suite gives you a comfortable place to get ready, gather with your people, and move into the ceremony, photographs, and reception without leaving the property.

The Bridal Suite supports wedding mornings by giving the bridal party a comfortable, private place to get ready close to the ceremony and reception spaces. With seating, a full-length mirror, a hair and makeup bar, a private toilet room, and nearby photo locations, it helps the day feel more organized from the start.

Old Bethany is a white barn wedding venue in Central Texas, set on a peaceful 100-acre property in Lorena, Texas. Couples come here for the open setting, the bright indoor spaces, the clean white exterior, and the way the day can move naturally between the Bridal Suite, ceremony spaces, covered patio, The Turf Lawn, The Oak Tree, and the Grand Hall in the Barn. The Bridal Suite may feel like one small part of the venue at first, but it can make the morning feel more organized from the start.

A Bridal Suite Designed for a More Comfortable Wedding Morning

A wedding morning has a lot happening at once. Hair, makeup, dresses, flowers, family, attendants, photographs, and final details all need time and space. Our Bridal Suite gives you a dedicated place to begin the day close to the rest of the celebration.

Why the Bridal Suite Matters on a Wedding Morning

The Bridal Suite gives you a private place to settle in before guests arrive, and the timeline starts moving. At Old Bethany Venue, the Bridal Suite includes a full-length mirror, seating, a hair and makeup bar, and a private toilet room. It is also connected to the spacious women’s restroom, which makes the space more practical for the bridal party throughout the morning. Your bridal party has room to spread out, check final details, and stay close to the main venue spaces without feeling tucked away from the day.

This matters because wedding mornings can move quickly. Having a comfortable suite inside the barn helps keep the morning more organized, especially when family, attendants, photographers, and beauty teams are all working around the same timeline.

The Suite Keeps You Close to the Full Venue Flow

The Bridal Suite is part of our 6,500 square foot air-conditioned white barn. The barn also includes the Grand Room, foyer, spacious prep kitchen, Groom’s Suite, office, and balcony overlooking the Grand Room. You are not getting ready in a separate building far from the event. You are right here at Old Bethany, close to the spaces where the rest of your day will happen. That helps the morning feel connected to the ceremony and reception instead of feeling like a separate part of the schedule.

For couples who want everything in one place, this layout is a big benefit. You can get ready, take photographs, move into the ceremony, enjoy cocktail hour, and celebrate in the Grand Hall in the Barn without asking guests or vendors to travel between locations.

A Bright Setting for Photographs and Final Details

Wedding mornings usually include some of the most meaningful photographs of the day. Dresses, jewelry, flowers, invitations, hair, makeup, and quiet moments with family all need a space that feels clean and comfortable. The Bridal Suite gives you a useful setting for those details, while the rest of the venue adds even more options nearby. Old Bethany has an all-white interior, large windows, a large wall of windows in the Grand Room, five sets of French doors, and two large dimmable chandeliers.

Photographers love working here because the venue offers natural light, clean backdrops, indoor and outdoor photo locations, and a cohesive flow. The Bridal Suite supports the getting ready part of the gallery, while the barn, covered patio, The Turf Lawn, The Oak Tree, and open property give photographers more places to capture the day without needing to drive between locations.

The Bridal Suite Fits Into a Full Wedding Day

Wedding package access runs from 9 AM to midnight. That gives couples time to get ready, move through photographs, host the ceremony, and transition into the reception without rushing through every step. From the Bridal Suite, the day can move into ceremony spaces such as The Turf Lawn and The Oak Tree. The 2,400 square foot Chapel is also coming in fall 2026 and will add a simple and elegant indoor ceremony option about 50 feet from The Turf Lawn.

The Turf Lawn measures 30 feet by 80 feet and has string lights overhead. The Oak Tree gives couples a natural ceremony setting surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the property. After the ceremony, guests can move toward the covered patio or into the Grand Hall in the Barn for the reception. That full property flow helps the day feel natural and organic. Guests and vendors do not need to travel between locations, and the wedding party can stay close to the main spaces from morning to night.

The Groom’s Suite Helps the Morning Stay Balanced

Old Bethany also includes a Groom’s Suite, giving the groom and groomsmen their own place to get ready before the ceremony. The Groom’s Suite has an elevated rustic design with deer mounts, a smart TV, and a shower. Having both suites inside the venue helps each side of the wedding party stay organized. Everyone has a place to get ready, keep personal items, and pause before the day moves into the ceremony.

What Couples Should Plan Separately

We want couples to understand what is included and what needs to be planned. Old Bethany provides the Bridal Suite, Groom’s Suite, tables, chairs, table and chair setup, indoor and outdoor spaces, and access to the main venue areas. Couples are responsible for the cleanup unless they choose the cleaning service add-on. The setup team prepares the floor plan before arrival, but they do not stay on site to flip the room during the event.

Outside alcohol is allowed, but a licensed TABC bartender must be hired to serve it. One security guard is included for up to 6 hours, and a second guard is required when there are more than 150 guests or alcohol is served. Rehearsals are not automatically included, though a two-hour rehearsal may be available if the prior day is open. Knowing these details before the wedding morning helps you build a timeline that feels clear and realistic.

A Central Texas Setting That Keeps the Day Connected

We are located in Lorena, Texas, about 20 minutes from Waco and a little over an hour from Austin. The venue is centrally located between Austin and Dallas on the I35 corridor, with easy access off Interstate 35.

The setting itself is peaceful and open. Our white barn sits among Texas oak trees, open fields, and scattered trees on 100 acres of land. For wedding mornings, that means you can start the day in the Bridal Suite, step into the bright barn interior, move through ceremony spaces, and continue into the reception without changing locations.

Conclusion

Your wedding morning should feel organized, comfortable, and connected to the rest of the day. At Old Bethany Venue, the Bridal Suite is one part of that experience, supported by the white barn, Grand Hall in the Barn, covered patio, The Turf Lawn, The Oak Tree, The Chapel coming fall 2026, and the peaceful 100-acre property.
