The Grand Room is one of the main reasons couples can plan confidently at Old Bethany. It offers 3,600 square feet of indoor space inside the 6,500 square foot barn, with 35-foot ceilings, an all-white interior, a large wall of windows, five sets of French doors, and two large dimmable chandeliers. That mix gives you a bright, open room during the day and a polished indoor setting as the celebration moves into dinner and dancing. Clients are responsible for cleanup, with a cleaning package available as an add-on. There is no required vendor list. A preferred vendor list is available after booking. Couples may bring their own alcohol, but a licensed TABC bartender must be hired to serve it.
Smoking is not permitted. Candles are allowed only when enclosed in a vase or encasement at least 3 inches taller than the flame. Rehearsals are not automatically included because weddings are held Friday through Sunday. One month before the wedding, a two-hour rehearsal may be secured when the prior day is open.
