That includes trash pickup, cleanup of anything that could stain or mark surfaces, and removal of personal items. A cleaning package is available as an add-on. Outside alcohol is allowed, but a licensed TABC bartender must serve it. One security guard is included for up to 6 hours. A second guard is required when there are more than 150 guests or when alcohol is served.
Rehearsals are not automatically included because weddings are held Friday through Sunday. One month before the wedding, a two-hour rehearsal may be secured when the prior day is open. The setup team prepares the floor plan before arrival, but room flips during the event should be planned separately with your coordinator, planner, family, or vendor team.
